Festival Square is a destination within a destination.
Imagine cafe tables, exotic aromas, dancing couples in front of you, active art projects behind you, and children laughing while live music fills the air. You have entered Festival Square at the Alameda County Fair.
Each weekend theme highlights a beautiful culture, whether it is from a region near by or across the seas. In Festival Square we feature all aspects of what fills us with pride: community groups, our professional and amateur artists, authentic local dishes, locally sponsored food contests, local company sponsored food contests, live musical acts, and traditional cultural games.
